Voice EngineerMy client is looking for a 3rd line Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for soft Switches, TDM, Switches, VoIP platforms and VoIP gateways and interconnections.
Role details
- Carry out the daily management of the different telephony platforms.
- Analyse platform and customer faults and alarms and dissolves it.
- You feed provisioning activities of network and customer connections.
- You ensure proper routing of telephone traffic.
- You support Voice Engineering Department projects, expansions and upgrades.
- 3rd line & Platform support has mainly a platform focus, where we provide continuous quality assurance and process optimization.
- The department 3rd line support & Platform responsible for the availability of telephony services for consumers, business and wholesale customers and other cable companies.
- 3 years experience in a similar function.
- Universal translations and call routing.
- IP experience, Cisco Routers, Switches, and gateways.
- Familiar with ISDN, C7 (including INAP), VoIP/SIP.
- Independent, flexible, customizable and analytical thinking.
- Willing to work outside office hours and on-call services running.
- Strong experience in SIP is a must.
