Communications Manager - Business Change
Based in Bristol or London, one of the UK's leading banks is looking for a Communications Manager with the following skills & experience;
- Ability to be able to take potentially complicated info, understand & convert to business speak
- Strong verbal & written communication - for both client & colleague audiences.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, understand potentially conflicting views & find a way forward.
- Experience in financial services or working on regulatory Projects is desirable.
The successful candidate will cover both understanding & documenting the impacts of change & communications design & delivery to both clients & colleagues. They will work with the Project & receiving business areas to understand the impacts, determine what is required across comms or training to deliver the message, design comms material, gain sign off & finally deliver.
