Our global pharmaceutical client is looking for a QA Expert (Polish speaking) to support their team in Wroclaw with setting up robust processes and systems for everyday QA activities onsite.Location: Wroclaw, Poland
Duration: 6 months
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support with setting up of QA processes and systems for daily operations of their large volume parenterals production site.
- Coaching and Mentoring of the QA team.
- “Quality on the floor” support
- Identification and remediation of any quality issues or weaknesses.
- Provision of training for the QA team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical, sterile environment.
- Outstanding knowledge of QA including GMP requirements and Polish auditing authorities.
- Experience of writing documentation to QA standards – for example validation/URS/SOP documentation.
- Hands on individual who works well within a team required.
- Previous experience of coaching, mentoring or training of QA teams.
- Fluent Polish and English language skills essential.
