SAP BW/BI/BPC Lead
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience
- Strong experience in Oil and Gas Upstream Financials
- Experience in designing SAP (BI/BW/BPC) Finance solutions for cost and status control
- Thorough knowledge of the functionality of such solutions and therefore how to design solutions that meet user needs for analysis and reporting and make effective use of the solution set capabilities
- Experience in Unconventional Resources (UR) preferred
- SAP FICO expertise preferred to support the identification and definition of required changes to existing SAP setup to meet the business` reporting needs (we have a FICO expert on the team but the lead would need to manage/guide them)
Responsibility:
- To lead engagement with client Finance team to define requirements and translate into design of overall SAP BI based solution to deliver analysis and reporting capabilities to support UR Finance.
- To design SAP BPC/BI based solution to deliver analysis and reporting capabilities to support Oil and Gas Upstream (Unconventional Resources) Finance incl.
- Engage with client users in their language to shape their requirements and architect this into the overall reporting/analytics solution
- Own definition of overall Technology architecture to provide the reporting/analytics solution for UR Finance
- It is a functional design and overall technical architecture role.
- Translate user requirements (expressed in finance and accounting terminology) into dashboards, analyses, reports, etc. that can be implemented (in the next phase) in the SAP analysis and reporting solution set.
