My local public sector client is looking for a Contracts/Procurement Officer.
The role will be procuring low-level/medium-risk contract across the corporate function (Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, etc.)
Skills Required
Basic Understanding of public sector procurement;
Advanced excel (pivot tables, v-lookup) and word;
Experience in writing reports and tender documents with some guidance
To act on own initiative within the remit of the duties of the post
To demonstrate a sound ability to analyse and interpret financial information
Ability to make effective use of IT and an eye for detail.
