Description

Change Management Administrator who has experience of working on infrastructure projects within Financial Services, required to work in a migration projects team.

This role focuses on managing Sarbanes Oxley compliant change management processes in support of migration work, including; completing and submitting changes, engaging business stakeholders for implementation approvals, liaising with technical resource, resource planning and management of change calendar.

You will be working with the Change Manager, Project Manager and technical teams to coordinate migration work in alignment with governance requirements.

Required Skills

Good interpersonal skills and business cultural awareness
Able to prepare business documentation to a high standard
Demonstrable planning capability
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working under pressure to deadlines
Prior experience working in a highly regulated environment
Proficient in all MS Office applications - particularly Access and Excel
