Description

Our client is a leading technology company and they are currently seeking a Social Media Community Manager with B2B experience in IT. The company are entering a new realm of being a digital business part of which is their social social media strategy and execution and the new Social Media Community Manager will act as a key component and serve as the voice of their brands to customers as well as strengthening their Online relationships through innovating with content and taking their engagement to the next level.

Day to day the role will work in partnership with peer Community Managers, Social Media Marketing Managers, Product teams and other groups to define and execute a strong social media programme to drive maximum impact and results.

The Social Media Community Manager will focus on 3 areas:

* Strong social media channel management
* Driving the voice of the brand off-owned channels
* Leverage social media listening to inform content and engagement strategy

Criteria and Experience required:

* Proven experience in Social Media marketing
* Enterprise and/or Public sector experience
* High energy and passion and a commitment to delivery excellence as well as a pulse on social trends and a hunger to innovate
