Commercial analyst (m/f)

Description

• Planning and monitoring the sales development of the retail shops and analysing the impact of commercial levers on business performance
• Providing the organization with insights and recommendations for optimal commercial steering
• You work closely together with the country head as part of the management team and support her/him in strategic topics and the day-to-day market management
• You are responsible for the business case planning of the markets including revenue, EBIT and customer metrics planning
• You are responsible for weekly operational capacity planning and steering
• You closely monitor the business performance of the Benelux markets based on financial metrics and operative e-commerce KPIs (e. g., traffic, conversion rate, basket size, CPO) and derive recommendations to close potential performance gaps
• You create analyses and financial models to evaluate the impact of performance levers from a commercial point of view
• You identify, evaluate, and execute new ideas to create value for our customer and improve the competitive positioning of the company
• You support the country head (of commercial controlling) with the preparation of board presentations, ad hoc analysis, and recommendations to achieve specific country objectives

• You are experienced in controlling
• You have relevant work experience in related fields, ideally with a focus on fashion retail/e-commerce
• You have a strong commercial understanding and excellent analytical skills
• You like taking on responsibility: you are self-driven, results-oriented, and enjoy working independently
• You have good communication skills and are able to drive projects with different teams across the organization
• You have very strong Excel skills and also feel comfortable with Power Point; knowledge of VBA, SQL, and/or statistical software is a plus
• You are ideally fluent in English, written and orally
