An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Assurance Manger to join a successful and growing Pharmaceutical team in the South East. We are looking for a QA Manager to assist with the expansion within our Department. You will be responsible for the management of the Quality systems.Salary: £50.000 pa
You will manage the process and procedures to assure product safety and quality by driving business alignment to correct industry requirements and business objectives by managing quality systems design, controls and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities may include:
- Leading the site in GXP compliance
- Providing leadership and management within the laboratory through a structural process of objective setting, performance appraisals and individual development
- Managing day toy day activities of QA Staff
- To review batches and support QP product release
- To manage site equipment validation and calibration annual planner
- Lead in compliance to internal and external regulations
- Implementing new processes and procedures within the department
- Leading internal and external QC audits
- Update KPI/metrics in a timely manner
- Leading OOS/OOT investigations
- Develop and maintain GXP standard operating procedures in accordance with regulatory and company requirements
