My Client, an international insurer, require a Service Transition Manager to join a new migration team within the business.
The Service Transition Manager will be responsible for the Service Management work stream and have a number of projects to oversee, including establishing a Global Service Desk.
The successful Service Transition Manager will:
- Have 8 years of service management experience, whether in-house, or with a service provider
- Have project management experience, although not necessarily be PMP qualified
- Have a strong understanding of infrastructure technical solutions, and their implications
- Have experience in operating model design for IT service Management
