Description
Role responsibilities:- You will oversee the process of KOL management at a country level and serve as a Liaison with the KOLs.
- You will oversee the Medical Affairs activities connected to the respective scientific publication processes, development programs and medical congress activities.
- You will also monitor and communicate at a country level - product strategies for the business unit portfolio.
- Review and approval for advertising and promotional materials for the Medical content.
- As an experienced Medical Advisor, you will contribute to the Medical Affairs, Global development and regulatory strategy
Educational background requirements:
- Degree in Medicine (MBChB or equivalent)
- GMC full registration - Essential
- An intercalated BSc, PhD, MD and/or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine is desirable but not essential
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience
- Preferably 2 to 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs, Clinical
- Development or related positions (preferred).
- At least 3 years' clinical experience is essential. Familiarity with the therapeutic area (Pulmonary Hypertension or Cardiovascular) would be a strong advantage but is not essential
- Experience in the field of maintenance of legal product information (Summary of Product Characteristics and Patient Information Leaflet).
- Knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and relevant aspects of UK and international pharmaceutical laws, standards and codices.
