Network Escalation Manager - LAN, WAN, CISCO, Telecoms.

Network Escalation Manager required for a major international organisation on an initial 12 month contract based on the Customer site. You will be responsible for ensuring that dedicated incidents and changes are prioritized and worked efficiently with the needs of the client at the forefront, making sure that network availability is available at all times. You will provide support and advice to the change implementation and design teams whilst performing daily network performance reports. Attend weekly meeting to approve/deny upcoming WAN and LAN changes to the network and be a single point of contact in the event of problems/inquiries and the escalation point for any network related issues.
