SAP Change Manager
SAP Change Manager required by this global energy company to be part of their ERP Program supporting the Program overall and specifically support the Projects inside the Program.
Requirements:
- Should have minimum 5 Years of relevant work experience with International SAP projects in the area of Change and Communication Management.
- Experience from at least 3 SAP roll-out projects is mandatory.
- Preferable experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Change Management Competency must be documented via project track recorded and training certificates/degree in Change Management or similar
Responsibilities:
- Be part of their ERP Change, Communication & Training Office
- Team member support driving the design, planning, organizing, coordination, facilitation and follow-through on change, communication and training activities, in order to ensure a flawless executed transformation process
- Support Global Sourcing Implementation project
- Support Roll-out preparation project
Support on different activities in their ERP including overall change management activities
- Setup and implement the concept for Measuring & Reporting Process Performance & Behavioural Change Progress through the program
