Customer Experience Designer - Banking - South West

My client a leading Banking organisation based in the South West are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Designer. The successful candidate will join a 3 year Marketing Transformation programme, the purpose of this will be to make sure the Bank evolves as their customers do.

Key responsibilities/Experience

  • Run workshops for mapping journeys and designing them.
  • Drive customer centric briefs, and designing customer journeys/maps.
  • Act as an SME in customer centred design and customer experience design within a Marketing Transformation team.
  • Design and user skills to help the team understand the end to end customer experience and use this to drive better marketing communications.
  • Design and run workshops to help develop customer centric thinking and build understanding of the end to end journey.
  • Previous experience building the customer journeys.
  • Provide training in user centred design best practice.
  • Strong understanding of different journey mapping techniques.
