For our customer, we are looking for a Swedish speaking Senior Project Manager to LEK&Data Retention, BiX and RODOD B2B.
Description:
- Establish the project and decompose the defined project scope to clear project goals.
- Secure resources and right level of authority to ensure that the project can be executed and deliver from start to end with the right competence and according to time, budget and functionality.
- Manage the project by using standard procedure eg: plan, monitor closely, manage the budget, prepare DP documents, attend steering- reference group meetings.
- Clarify roles and responsibilities of the project members.
- Lead the project members and subproject managers from different business areas and their work and provide feedback and remove obstacles when needed.
- Communicate - with project members, subproject managers, stakeholders, customers, suppliers, resource owners, and developers.
- Ensure delivery from external and/or internal suppliers.
- Report progress and results to a variety of stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with other projects.
- Suggest alternatives for directions and solutions to project owner and steering group.
- Secure that the delivered result can be implemented without unnecessary disturbance in the business.
- Secure that receiving organizations are prepared for a smooth implementation of the deliverables.
- Lead projects that cross country and business area borders.
- Deal with various languages and cultures.
- Balance short timeframes for project implementation with a long-term view to secure permanent results implementation.
- Secure clear business requirements and governance structure.
- Deliver with part time project members and subproject managers.
- Cooperate with and align a broad range of stakeholders' needs and expectations.
- Have deep knowledge about the market, competitors, trends, and customers.
Requirements:
At least 5 years working experience as a project manager from IT and/or telecom whereof 3 years managing projects with moderate complexity.
Approved participation and graduation in Management Program training courses.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) or IPMA B certificate
Work fluently in English, both in written and verbal.
Experiences from business decision and control processes to be able to build strong business cases.
Operating effectively in a large, complex, Matrix organizational structure.
Leading projects in an international environment (eg leading people from or in other countries and cultures.)
Experiences focused on developing oneself.
Managing interpersonal challenges.
Responsibility for assignments or initiatives that are seen as critical and visible and have the attention of senior leaders and/or customers).
Delivery of high impact presentations to a tough executive audience.
Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
