Description
Next Ventures is currently looking for a SAP HCM Consultant for a long-term project in Portugal.
The candidate will have the following:
- 5 years experience in SAP HCM
- SAP HR Compensation and Benefits
- SAP ABAP Debugging
- SAP HCM Talent Management
- SAP Payroll
- Fluent in English; Portuguese an advantage
Description of project:
In Charge of support services deliveries on SAP HCM Tickets solving Solutions Workarounds SLA's Small evolutions.
Requirements understanding.
Estimates Functional specifications and solution design.
Coordination with offshore team Customizing, Customizing review.
Unit testing.
Integration testing.
Special attention on quality and delays.
SAP HR Functional Business Knowledge on OM PA.
Recruitment and Hiring LMS Compensation Management.
Time Management.
Negative and Positive European legal constraints would be an added advantage.
