Customer Service/Customer Care Manager - Stroud - Up to £50K + BenefitsAn exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Customer Care Manager to join a company that is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience for both prospect, new & existing customers.
As a Customer Service/Customer Care Manager you will be required to ensure all customer interactions are timely, efficient, customer focused whilst complying with all legislative frameworks.
Skills/Experience
- Experience of managing and developing teams within a fast paced service environment
- Experience of delivering change management and business improvement initiatives
- High level of management and operational development skills
- Ability to assess, analyse and make decisions in a fast moving environment
- High level of numeracy, accuracy and problem solving ability
- High level of computer literacy, ideally with experience of SAP and Salesforce
- Business improvement and process management skills
- Report writing and monitoring ability
- Training skills
