I am currently recruiting for an Investment Complaints Specialist for one of my leading Private Banking clients based in the City, London.

This is a 12-18 Month contract position, paying between £p/d.

Job role:

My client are seeking a Complaints Specialist who has an excellent understanding of the Complaints Handling process, including writing comprehensive letters to clients, Re-dress & dealing with senior members of staff.

The candidate should have an excellent understanding of Investment products including Structured Products, Equities, Funds, Derivatives from a complaints stand point.

This role requires the candidate to be Level 4 Diploma qualified as a MINIMUM!

Ideally the successful candidate will have previously worked for the Ombudsman Service.

The candidate will come from an Investments background, ie Private Bank, Wealth Management, Retail background.

Previous experience with Fee Work is desirable.
