We have a rare opportunity to join a fast paced company in the Norwich area, the company with a newly refurbished office offers not only attractive working conditions and facilities, but highly competitive benefits package. We are recruiting an highly motivated and career driven outbound sales ambassador, who is not only looking for an excellent benefits package , but clear development opportunities within a growing brand.
You will be responsible for finding, acquiring and developing independent reseller outlets to sell the companies product. Initial contact via cold calling / contact with the possibility of a face to face meeting, if required.
Accountabilities: Research potential opportunities - web search, phone directories, social media, referrals etc...Cold calling to generate potential opportunities in line with productivity targets.Qualify the reseller business and suitability in line with pre defined criteria.Explain the benefits of becoming a reseller including commercial arrangements.Ensuring personal knowledge and learning is current on Epos Now products, services and benefits.Arrange face to face meeting - if applicable. Sign up the reseller completing all documentation.Arrange face to face or remote training with Epos Now trainers.Liaising with Partner Manager to determine correct training plan.Manage relationship on an ongoing basis - ad hoc queries, tracking sales progress, offering technical support, ongoing training needs and escalating / liaising with other departments as required.Using Salesforce to forecast monthly revenues and reporting. Ensuring accurate data on resellers.Managing accounts and opportunities in Salesforce.


Required Skills :At least 2 years B2B and cold calling sales experience.Ability to work in a pressurised/target driven environment.Resilience.Persuasive and confident telephone manner .Excellent customer service.Excellent interpersonal skills with strong rapport / relationship building skills.Organized and an acute attention to detail.Problem solving skills.Computer literacy.Full valid UK driving licence.Self starter.
