Description
Our client requires SAP Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert (SAP Manufacturing Lead, MM, PP, WM, PM) required for business-side contract opportunity in the North East.The successful candidate will take responsibility for the SAP Manufacturing business streams, comprising MM, PP, WM, PM. They will have a solid understanding of manufacturing business processes and will be responsible for facilitating the finalisation of manufacturing process detail for the customer.
The successful candidate will act as a business Subject Matter Expert across the manufacturing domain and will be the specific point of contact for queries relating to the implementation of SAP into the business.
Role Scope
· Lead & support the Manufacturing Users Acceptance Testing phase of the SAP Project
· Responsible to facilitate the finalisation of manufacturing process detail
· Responsible to facilitate the finalisation of manufacturing Plant detail / layouts
· Stakeholder Status reporting on progress and system readiness
· Support master data preparation streams, and identify / escalate gap areas
· Support training preparation activity & planning as required
· Business QA of project documentation
Mandatory Candidate Requirements
· Extensive (min 10yrs) experience of Manufacturing & Logistics processes, with at least 5 years based on SAP
· Experience of at least 1 significant SAP implementation project within a manufacturing & logistics business
· Solid business level understanding of MM, PP, WM PM SAP business modules
· Demonstrable experience of business process planning & design
· Strong communication, planning and reporting skills (to executive stakeholder level)
· Ability to lead with drive and enthusiasm within a challenging business transformation program
