Conversations is looking for someone who eats, breathes and sleeps social media.More importantly: we're looking for someone who is passionate about helping our amazing clients grow their businesses online, through ongoing creative content and campaigns as well as vigilant monitoring and reputation management.
The ideal candidate is someone that has experience working with multiple brands in the social media marketing space, and knows how to bring a fresh, enthusiastic perspective to every account they touch - from health and lifestyle brands to the medical industry to commercial painting.
Anyone who fears they won't be able to make topics such as 'commercial painting' sexy and interesting need not apply.
Candidate will oversee Social Media campaigns which include but are not limited to: research, campaign & content creation, execution, SEO, monitoring and reporting.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, witty person who can capture the essence of the brands we develop with intelligence and create excitement through a variety of social media platforms.
This is a unique opportunity for an analytical and instinctual individual to demonstrate his/her creativity within a new fast growing company.
This is a 20-hour per week position with the option of working remotely or from our shared coworking space at Launch Pad.

Because this is a contract / remote position, candidate is responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection and computer/device capable of completing work assignments as outlined below.
Requirements:
Execute social media marketing promotion, engagement and conversion strategies that drive brand-awareness, on the following platforms: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Mailchimp, WordPress and etc.
Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
Establish and monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including but not limited to keyword research.
Highly organized, attention to detail; be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
