Italian & English Speaking SAP PM-MM Consultant:
- Sound knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems and Processes (better if in the Transportation Operations and Maintenance sector):
- Managing and monitoring of all the technical objects that require maintenance
- Planning and execution of scheduled maintenance
- Planning and execution of corrective maintenance
- Tracking of maintenance history for all technical objects recorded
- Definition and management of Maintenance Specifications and Processes
- Handling of in-house repairs or repairs executed by third parties
- Handling of parts dismantling and replacement
- Material Master Records
- Material Requirements Planning
- Material Purchasing
- Good Issue and Invoice Receipt
- Procurement of external services
- Sub-contracting parts repair (covered by warranty or not)
- Shelf Maintenance Management
- Inventory Management
- Storage locations and material transfer
- Inventory Counting
- Deep functional knowledge and implementation experience in the SAP PM (Plaint Maintenance) and MM (Material Management) modules, including customizing and integration with other SAP modules (FI-CO, HCM, etc.)
- Experienced in analysing Business Requirements, Solution and Integration Design specifications and providing guidance to the functional and technical teams for the overall Solution Implementation through the different project phases
- Able to effectively communicate and interact both with the Business users and the ICT representatives and to translate business requirements into functional specifications; able to validate and verify the compliance of the implemented solution with the defined architecture
- Leadership skills demonstrated through management and/or team lead roles covering project planning, issue handling and people management skills (including third parties)
