Description

One of our clients, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Scientific Project Leader
Start:
Length: 12 months (possibility of being extended)
Location: South of Brussels
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Project Leader with good Scientific writing skills
* He/She will be responsible for the coordination of the project plans that results in integrated delivery of the project on time to support the Program Head and appropriate stakeholders
* He/she will ensure appropriate planning and tracking of timelines, activities and risks, recommending alternative strategies to keep the project within thresholds or ensuring escalation to Program Head
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The PL will be responsible for:
* the organization of meetings with stakeholders and experts
* the organization of the collection of data in collaboration with manufacturing and QC
* the planning and close follow-up of statistical analyses performed by QC Biostat department
* the writing of progress reports and the project report (in English)
* escalation of issues (technical, ressources, priorities) to the program governance
PREREQUISITES
Education:
University degree, scientific frame with appropriate PM methodology qualification or adequate PM experience
Skills:
* Scientific English skills (write/speak fluently)
* Presentation Skills
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, communication skills
Knowledge & Experience:
* Scientific basis, data analysis and interpretation
* Analytical, logical thought process with strong information organisation/management skills
* Effective time management, ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
* Scientific writing in a regulatory environment is a plus
