Security Monitoring Vision and Strategy Manager
Role:
- To define the G-SMC strategy (translating a high-level vision into a strategy) and then manage the implementation of the strategy
- To project manage a range of G-SMC projects
- To coordinate and manage the G-SMC demand management process, and maintain the G-SMC Roadmap
- To challenge and improve the G-SMC service offering using knowledge of security best practice and industry trends
- To provide facilitation support for the Operational, Steering, and Technical Committee
- To monitor supplier Service Delivery KPIs and KPIs for services delivered by the G-SMC
Education:
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in IT
Languages:
French & English
Experience:
- 7+ years of proven professional experience in program, project and delivery management of security monitoring programs and projects related to security monitoring and/or operations.
- Sound knowledge of project and program management methodologies
- Strong security knowledge (best practice and industry trends), combined with business acumen
- Successful computer security project delivery, preferably in a banking environment
- Management of large projects as well as proven performance with end-to-end delivery
- Leading and motivating within Matrix management
- Managing and prioritising demands and requests for support
- Experience of defining and implementing service delivery strategies
- Working in a security environment
