Omschrijving Senior Business Analyst (QR3352) :
You are responsible for delivery key deliverables that we need to make Skyfall a success. Specific for this assignment we need to close the gap between the RBS offering and us. RBS clients will look for alternatives since RBS will stop TS activities. With TFS Skyfall we will deliver tactical Channel solutions before end of this year in order to ensure successful onboarding of clients.
Your job duties include to Senior Business Analyst (QR3352) :
- Support and drive analysis for TFS Skyfall deliverables
- Cross border optimization of TFS on boarding processes including all relevant changes to work instructions, processes, etc.
- Analyze and prepare possible client impact and client communications
- Present and evaluate different solution alternatives
- Alignment with all key stakeholders
Your work environment Senior Business Analyst (QR3352)
As Business Analyst within the TFS project team you are part of the Programme Team that is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the global target solution. This global target solution is described in a target model in terms of Organisation, People, Products, Processes and IT&Data. Implementing this model globally will take place in stepping stones towards the target where the steps are partly determined by TFS capabilities and partly by other CBTOM capabilities. The roadmap for implementing therefore exists of capabilities (COPAFITH), Rollouts and regulatory driven projects.
Implementing the TFS target is performed in an international context and covers all CB branches, RBI- and Domestic countries. This requires from you a drive for execution, ability to operate cross domain and implementing global solutions.
Of course all communication is in English and therefore your English language skills should be above average.

Candidates meet the following job requirement:
- Track record of 3-5 years in a comparable position in the financial services industry and experience in working with complex finance structures;
- Focus on execution and delivery, used to work under pressure of deadlines
- Good organizational skills with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritize work;
- Ability to operate individually but in a team as well;
- Strong interpersonal and communication (orally and in writing) skills;
- Knowledge of Trade Finance and or Channel solutions is preferred;
- Good command of English as a language;
