SAP PY (Payroll) Consultant - English Speaking. Tehran, Iran. 5 Day Contract. Flexible start date: between the 15th August - 29th August 2015.
The client will cover travel expenses: (Flights, Hotel, Transportation, Meals).
My client based in Tehran, Iran requires an English speaking Senior SAP PY (Payroll) consultant to provide them with advice on issues they have with customising their SAP Payroll system. They need a SAP Payroll expert, who has deep and diverse experiences in implementing SAP Payroll in order to consult them in resolving the current issues and propose different solution approaches.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP PY (Payroll)
- Must have experience in 5+ projects.
- Must have experience with multiple full end-to-end SAP PY implementations.
- Ability to analyse payroll Legacy system
- Having experience on implementing international payroll processes
- Ability to:
- Perform Functional analysis, customizing, Processing Internal Payroll Tables, writing test scenarios
- Identifying, configuring and writing schemas and PCR's
- Must have expert knowledge about:
- Indirect valuation and Calculating wage types (IT008) at hiring time and Pay Increase based on different formula
- Pay Scale Reclassification and pay scale update
- Payroll Organization, Payroll Process, Payroll Reports
- Wage Type and absence Valuation, Payroll Factoring Average Processing and Calculation Rules
- Identifying Retroactive Accounting Difference
- Deductions including arrears and priorities, Deductions with balances
- Processing Class, Cumulation Class and Evaluation Class by comparing with Schema, PCR's and Internal Tables
- Tax calculations, tax model and tax abilities
- Off-cycle payroll
- post payroll procedures and processes, Posting to FI/CO Process and Execution

- Contract Duration: 5 days
- Number of days per week: 5 days Saturday - Wednesday
- Exact working location: Tehran, Iran
- Number of hours in working day: 8 hours (09:00-18:00)
