Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Main Responsibilities:
-Overall responsible for structuring, planning, managing, and concluding projects (from a pure Project Management perspective), across all team contributors.
-Supports the Technical Project Lead to determine project objectives and approach, and to develop project scope while supervising and co-authoring of the project charter.
-Coordination of resources across Design, Development, Third Party and Vendors project teams.
-Prepare and maintain all project deliverables (not technical deliverables) i.e. risk and issue logs, status reports, communication materials, etc.
-Monitors and aligns project costs against budget.
-Facilitates communication across stakeholders and project teams including project status, justifications for variances, issues management, escalation management, etc.
-Ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
Dimensions / KPIs
-Able to prove KPI for Project Management and Implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Project Coordination.
-Project Planning (Scum knowledge).
-Ability to gather business requirements, develop project plans, and coordinate resources within and across groups.
-Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects phases.
Knowledge
-Knowledge of problem / operations / systems management tools would be an advantage.
-Strong leadership skills.
-Strong communications, negotiation and influencing skills.
-Project Management Certification.
-NPDI Project Management.
-English and French preferred
