Description

Job Description:
  • Track customer requirements, design, and Production Release reviews and approvals
  • Develop project schedule based on project template and input from Global Program Manager, Global Operations Lead, Build Manager, BSA, Change Manager, and the Program Test Lead
  • Review project schedule with stakeholders
  • Determine project release dates with BSA and customer
  • Baseline project schedule
  • Manage project schedule throughout the project life cycle
  • Host project status meetings and other meetings as needed; distribute meeting minutes (Additional meetings associated with every project include Project Kick-off, Go/No Go, Rollout Planning, and Deployment Checkpoints)
  • Create weekly status report; present status at project review meetings
  • Maintain project status and key dates in PPM
  • Manage project artifacts in Compass
  • Support the Program Test Lead in issue escalation
  • Manage project decision tracking
  • Manage project issues, risks, and action items
  • Manage and/or track all project communications as required
  • Coordinate creation of change requests; submit for governance review
  • Coordinate creation of release roll-out plan
  • Assist with delivery of a quality project
  • Ensure project is delivered on-time and within budget
  • Communicate production deployment status to project stakeholders
  • Collect and review lessons learned/Issue PM Survey
  • Close the project in PPM (provide actual number of requirements implemented, actual implementation date, and close all change requests, issues, and risks)
SKILLS:

Technical Skills:
  • Ability to plan and execute ERP implementation
  • Ability to to drive and lead meetings independently
  • Effectively communicate the objectives and goals of ERP implementation as well as how the ERP will change each department's role
  • Experience with large ERP and/or transformation projects.
  • Supply Chain experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Oracle ERP experience is desirable, but other ERP experience can work.
