Network Planning Expert - South Africa

We are currently recruiting for several Network Planning Experts to join their business in South Africa.
Position Title. Network Planning Expert
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: September 2015
Location: Africa

Responsibilities:

Advise on traffic analysis and forecast (6-12 months).

Demonstrated technical ability with complete understanding of RF system design, RF coverage planning, site identification, frequency planning and interference analysis.

Link budgets, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity, site RF equipment including antenna and ancillary parts.
Qualifications:
-
More than 10 years experience of network planning on 2G/3G/4G.

Moderate knowledge of RAN/Tx/Core network.

Good CXO level customer communication and lead skills.

Sounds team management skills.
-
Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control.

Good English communication skill in both written and oral.

Based in South Africa and go business trip to other South and East Africa countries.
