Security Analyst - SOC - 12 Month Contract - Qatar
Our client a global IT vendor is looking for a Security Analyst to become a key player with a dedicated 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC). As a Security Analyst you will act as the technical point of escalation for monitoring and analysing security data and logs.
This is a fantastic long term project that should last for 3 years; initial contract on offer is 12 Months.
Skills Required:Bachelors degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of progressive, security- related experience.
2-3 year SOC experience.
Knowledge in the following: Firewalls, Intrusion detection and prevention systems, anti-virus and content filtering, URL filtering, authentication solutions, Switches, Routers, VoIP, DMZ.
Experience with Security Information & Event management (SIEM) tools.
Incident Handling and Incident Response experience.
Excellent vulnerability assessment experience.
