Fantastic Opportunity for a Content Operations Technician to join one of the world's leading Media and Broadcast giants.

The duration of the contract is for 6 months, located over in Osterley, West London.

Description:

You will join a content operations team that process and publish feature film content from the major film studios to a standard that put the client first for online content, customer service and sales. You will join a vibrant and dedicated team of content professionals delivering faultless, high quality movies to the viewing public over the Internet We ask for the very best from our teams, so we'll make sure that you get the training and experience you need. As a Content Operations Technician you must be observant and very good at paying attention to detail, You should have a logical, methodical approach to your work and you must be accurate and consistent when judging the overall quality of the product, you must be accurate and consistent when building offers that will ultimately be viewed and consumed by our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working across multiple Consumer Electronic devices ensuring that:
  • Movie playback is to the high standard level set by the client, this includes overall picture/sound quality and ensuring that each movie is complete with starting and end credits.
  • The metadata (eg synopsis/movie image/movie information) is fully complete and accurate for spelling and content
  • Build product offers to include correct pricing, correct movie information, trailers and video file.
  • Apply the relevant movie rights information and build the metadata (eg movie title, synopsis, image etc) to ensure that each movie is correctly displayed and only within the permitted sales period
  • Frequently sense check/validate work done to ensure that errors are identified and corrected before going live

Essential Requirements/Skills:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • A knowledge of CMS (content management system) systems or the ability to quickly learn and operate bespoke computer systems
  • Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet project deadlines
  • The ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Good teamworking skills.
