Description

Service Delivery Manager Tasks:
Problem management: when incidents are raised to a problem level, work with the customer, Cisco TAC, Cisco design team to find the root cause and a recommended solution. Tasks are not technical but coordination & communication
Subscription Project management: project manage small projects, pilots & POCs
Manage technical & customer team which is taking care of the Cisco collectors, producing Lifecycle management reports and follow up by the customer
Manage Quality Assurance: conduct test to verify if Cisco complies to customers assurance processes, document the results and drive delivery process improvements
Some (light weight) admin tasks
Keep up-to-date with Cisco operate portfolio and Introduce & promote new services at the customer
Requirements
Cisco networking understanding (CCNA level)
Experience with working in- or for a Network Service Provider operations organisation
Good understanding of SP operations processes: incident, problem, capacity mgt, etc
Project mgt expertise
ITIL/ETOM knowledge
Based in The Netherlands, ability to be onsite in Den Haag 3 to 4 days per week
Native/fluent Dutch speaker
