Solution Architect
My client is about to undergo a major change project as part of the Retail/Investment Banking separation programme that will run well into 2016 +
We are looking to hire Solution architects with all round knowledge from the retail banking side (systems and products) to help deliver the changes.
Call centre technology business consultant in retail collections should be able to advise on:
- Technology available to service collections needs for the Business & Technology teams
- Processing automation through technology
- Reduction of systems used
- Reduction of manual processes
- Collection processes via IVR, call centre technology etc.
Successful candidates will be able to interview immediately.
Minimum required language knowledge (speaking+writing):
- English
