Description
Network Planning:
Due to extensive travel around Europe you must hold a European Passport
1, Advise on traffic analysis and forecast (6-12 months);
2, Demonstrated technical ability with complete understanding of RF system design, RF coverage planning, site identification, frequency planning and interference analysis;
3, Link budgets, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity, site RF equipment including antenna and ancillary parts;
Network Optimization:
1, Perform network optimization data analysis to improve KPIs (voice and data service);
2, Provide E2E technical creativity in solving problems and cooperate with RAN/Tx/CN network;
3, Network audit and recommend parameters change;
4, Maintenance the KPI, ensure that it archives the target;
5, Review the system alarms and assist BSS/MW team to solve the problems;
6, Network parameters consistent check on weekly and monthly basis according to project requirement;
7, Carry out new feature trial testing and advise on parameters usage;
8, Key events assurance and troubleshooting according to project requirement
Requirement:
1, More than 10 years experience of network planning or network optimization of 2G/3G/4G;
2, Moderate knowledge of RAN/Tx/Core network;
3, Good CXO level customer communication and lead skills;
4, Sounds team management skills;
5, Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control;
6, Good English communication skill in both written and oral;
7, Based in South Africa and go business trip to other South and East Africa countries.
