Description
Summary- Provide general production maintenance.
- Perform construction of various assemblies and work stations.
- Move and/or modify production lines.
- Perform scheduled PM activities such as cleaning, lubrication, aligning, adjusting, worn part replacement, etc.
- Design/Build/Setup/optimize production work stations.
- Perform mechanical maintenance/repair as requested and required in a manufacturing environment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain thermal printers, torque drivers, various types of specialized and custom tooling.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience is required.
- Familiar with PC operation to include hardware interfacing and system/network interfacing,
- Possess a thorough understanding of pneumatics and basic electrical.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, mechanical drawings, troubleshooting guides, etc.
- Must possess effective troubleshooting skills.
