Description

We're looking for a Business Analyst with an operations background to work with our financial services client on a 6-18 month contract.

The role is based within the customer on-boarding team with the key 3 objectives being:

  • "Problem & Opportunity" workshops - to confirm current state of operations within shared services
  • Detailed design and planning work - to move aspects within scope of shared services to the next level as part of the transformation programme.
  • Definition of the work required to stand up the new team.

The BA will support the Project Manager in scoping and planning work to establish the new shared service team. They will also co-ordinate support from the other shared services areas - ops services - controls - ops teams- HR and Finance. You will also liaise with teams progressing the transfer in of services ensuring that this work is brought in to the overall strategy for shared services throughout the company.
