The Data Center Networking (DCN) - Network Consulting Engineering (NCE) is a critical on-site customer-facing role that requires the instinctive ability to recognize gaps in customer DCN capabilities and to translate them into business requirements and an execution strategy.
The NCE will be responsible mainly for on-site reactive services, also advising customer for various deployment or migrations.
This individual may be responsible for network preparation, planning, design and optimization on DCN technologies, as well as Collaboration and Security solutions. Customer is the IT Division of large service provider.
Other responsibilities include:
Performs analysis and diagnosis of most complex DCN networking problems and network designs.
Builds simulated networks in test labs to resolve most complex problems and compatibility issues.
Acts as the technical specialist for the most complex deployments and migrations.
Insures preventative measures are identified and recommended
