Senior/Lead Business Analyst - Finance - Business Change
My client is a major financial services company based in Bristol. They are looking for a Senior/Lead Business Analyst to join their Business Analysis team on a contract basis on various finance transformation projects
The successful candidates will have extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, predominantly focussing on business change. They will have great leadership skills and be responsible for managing scope, requirements analysis and business solution design for ongoing finance change work streams
Candidates that have experience working on regulatory projects, will be looked on favourably. Qualified accountant status will also be desirable for this role
Essential skills and experience required:
- Strong leadership skills & ability to influence their team accordingly
- Strong business analytical skills with a business analysis qualification
- Experienced in Business Change finance transformation.
- Will also have experience working on regulatory projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
