Role Title: Senior MI Analyst
Account: Barclaycard
Location: Canary Wharf
Responsibilities:
The MI Analyst will be responsible for extracting and analysing data from our system to provide robust management information to the senior leadership team. You will be responsible for managing all the MI reporting across Barclaycard.
You will also assist with the development, implementation, managing and merging of quality processes and data systems across the business.
- Downloading information from Taleo - inputting into Excel spreadsheets - running formula - refreshing data and importing into PowerPoint.
- Presenting data to senior leadership team
- Working with Resource Partners on data cleansing
- Developing new reports
Essential Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables/formulas
- Solutions driven individual
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self starter
- Naturally inquisitive & willing to challenge
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of using Business Objects/ATR system
- Experience of using Taleo
- HR or Resourcing background
