An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, enthusiastic and experience individual to join my clients Governance & Complaints Team. The post holder will be responsible for the professional handling and management of the Trust's Web Datix Software.Key experience and skills:
- To coordinate new system set up or design change,
- Coordinate implementation
- Provide user training and ensure on going product usage and support
- System quality assurance, including data entry accuracy, completeness and security
- In depth knowledge of the web based and database system and processes.
- In depth knowledge of web based and database coding structures
- Ability to communicate and explain complicated or difficult to explain IT system or software issues to non IM&T staff /users Able to communicate detailed IM&T information within peer groups
- Ability to analyse, investigate and resolve complex IM&T system queries, where there are a number of options which can analyse user requirements.
