SAP LE Consultant
The candidate will be part of a project team, installing template in a distribution centre in Texas. Transferring product from another nearby location as part of the project. The candidate will be coached by other SAP LE analysts, but the expectation will be that the candidate can work independently (senior knowledge on SAP LE). Technical assistance (ABAP) will be provided by our internal team located in India.
Job Summary: SAP Logistics Execution analyst, part of a global team, responsible for implementing, maintaining and consulting on SAP inventory, warehousing and distribution topics. To be seen in a single global systems landscape, upholding global system integrity (template).
The analyst is provided with an on-boarding program of functional and technical training. A mentor is assigned to facilitate the on-boarding process. The analyst can work in a project based team environment. Team members may be located in multiple regions of the world in support of the Global business footprint. The Analyst is trained to work with professionals in the business units to distill and document business requirements for business process and IT solutions. The analyst works with the team to design, develop, test, deploy, and support IT solutions and processes in support of business imperatives.
Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
1) Experienced level knowledge in the functional area of Warehousing and distribution is required
Experience with ALE, IDOCS, and BAPI's is a plus.
Experience with manufacturing processes would be required and any other logistics SAP module knowledge is a plus
2) Experience with project leadership is a plus.. the candidate however would have experience of working in a project landscape in a project team, dealing with scope (scope control), issues lists, timeline expectations (project milestones), etc. A senior candidate would have had a senior position in at least one full cycle project, and has completed at least 2-3 full cycle projects as contributor. (in SAP LE)
3) Experience in process analyses and enhancement definition.
