Description

This position will report to The Head of Transformation and will be part of a Technology Group Transformation Program. This workstream will provide leadership and delivery ownership of HR and People related projects. Candidates for this position need experience managing the roll out of strategies that include Leadership and Development, Culture Change, Organisation Design and associated tools and technologies.

The successful candidate requires fluent Spanish and strong Project Management acumen, Business Process/Business Analysis, Vendor Management, and Data Analysis experience as well as strong Leadership soft skills. Experience in HR Talent Management concepts including Onboarding, Recruiting, Reporting, Applicant Tracking and New Hire is essential. Familiarity with HR software products and SaaS (Software as a Service) environments is a plus.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for managing a matrixed Project Team and assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules, Establish and update project plans, manage deviations from plan and project parameters,

  • Data analysis, configuration and set up;

  • Business analysis and business process analysis;

  • Conduct project meetings, project tracking and analysis;

  • Ensure all project objectives are clearly documented, approved and delivered to meet customer needs;

  • Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables; Communicate timely project status to all stakeholders;

  • Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues;

  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation;

  • Strong focus on Scope, Schedule, and Management.

Requirements

  • 7 years Project Manager Experience. Business Analyst experience;

  • Leadership position delivering complex projects;

  • Experience leading a highly matrixed project team;

  • Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget;

  • Proven problem solving and organisational skills;

  • Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organisation.

Ability to travel as needed.

Bachelor's degree or related equivalent work experience Desired Skills PMP/PMI or Prince 2 certification highly preferred.
