The ideal candidate for the role of WebSphere MQ Administrator should have:

-Deep knowledge of WebSphere MQ platform.

-Expert level administration and problem resolution skills for all components of WebSphere MQ, security aspects related to MQ (OAM, SSL),

-Ability to analyse architecture and security issues, and perform advanced troubleshooting.

-Understanding of the complexities of infrastructure design and maintenance.

-Familiarity with general security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signatures, etc).

-Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
