Description
Seeking a digital/web analyst to augment a central digital marketing team, supporting various product marketers across the globe. Analyst will deliver reporting and analyses of web sites, digital marketing campaigns, testing, segmentation, targeting and other digital marketing media including social.
The digital analyst will work with the Manager of Web Analytics to support the marketing teams to extract insight from data to help them understand factors driving their business objectives and performance indicators, to provide them with relevant reports and analyses.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent written and oral communications skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, complex organizational matrices and is able to dig in and show results quickly.
Responsibilities
Produce standard and ad hoc reporting/analysis, including building of dashboards
Work with Manager to keep marketers informed and on track for goals, make recommendations to improve web usability, performance and campaign effectiveness
Work with Manager to educate/train the marketing teams on analytics, platform tools and tracking methodologies
Monitor data results and identify trends to derive insights and opportunities for the marketing teams
Identify and assist in execution of testing opportunities
Assist in SEO and SEM monitoring and execution activities
Assist in managing marketing data integrity and data governance
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred (especially MBA)
Two plus years of experience with one or more digital analytics tools (Google Analytics and IBM Coremetrics a plus)
Strong business and/or marketing background, especially in digital analytics, digital marketing, or digital optimization
Prefer experience working with large, global companies
Flexibility and willingness to take on various tasks and adapt to a dynamic business environment
