Description

Empiric are working with a major banking organisation with key operational presence in Edinburgh. They are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst contractor for an initial 6 - 18 month period to be based in their Edinburgh Offices.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist with Customer On Boarding/Stand up of CDD Shared Services team Key Requirements Support in scoping and planning work to establish the new CDD Shared Service team

Working with Programme Manager and COB Programme team, to define scope of workshops
Plan & execute workshops - scope; attendees; scheduling; preparatory work; facilitation; capture outputs & follow-up planning. Bring together multiple stakeholders to ensure holistic approach is adopted, prior work and all available knowledge & skills are appropriately leveraged;
Gather requirements for CDD activities that need to be fed into other programmes of work/other design areas of the COB Programme;
Field requirements from other areas - assess and manage impact on CDD work;
Establish appropriate governance over activities - applying usual PM rigours ie planning, risks, issues, reporting;
Define future resource requirements - progress mobilisation as required;
Co-ordinate support from other SS areas - Ops Services, Controls, Ops teams/Regional teams, HR, Finance;
Liaise with team progressing the transfer in of CIB CDD Services - ensuring that we bring this work into SS aligned to how we want the new team to operate.

The contract will be between 6 and 18 months in length with a chance of this being extended and daily rate will be around £450.
