* Investment Valuations/Fair Value Analyst - Glasgow - 2 month contract - Part time.*
Our commercial investment client has a fantastic opportunity for a Investment Valuations/Fair Value to undertake valuations of all investments (equity and debt) within their investment portfolio. The objective of the valuation exercise is to establish the fair value of investments within the portfolio in line with international industry standards.
This individual will be required to create pro-forma templates for each of the companies within the Portfolio and inputting information on each of those companies - including all investments made, details of the last funding round and financial information from the company's annual and management accounts. The information to be input into these templates is sourced from an Investment Management Reporting System (IMRS). Once all valuations are complete, the individual will be responsible for ensuring that the IMRS system is updated with valuation adjustments and will be responsible for producing a report to the Senior Management Team of summarising the outcome of the valuation process.
