VOIP. Comunications Specialist - Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH and FRENCH
Skills and experience:
- Deep technical knowledge of the telecommunications protocols and VOIP technology, in particular SIP, H323,LAN, VPN, WLAN, QOS mechanisms and security protocols.
- Knowledge of the main vendors' hardware and software products in the VOIP domain.
- Ability to manage complex projects involving different business units and vendors.
- Ability to produce high-level documents, detailed technical documents, presentations.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, both in English and French.
- Customer- and results-orientation.
- Civil or Industrial Engineer or practical experience level proving the capacity to fulfil the requested service.
- Large experience in the Unified Communications and Voice Over IP domains
- Large experience and certifications in the main vendors' Unified Communications hardware and software products like Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya,
- Large experience in the preparation, the design and the implementation of a Unified Communication and Voice Over IP projects
- Ability to participate to the writing of specifications of call for tenders.
Description of work:
- Provide relevant advice to the call for tender, based on his/her previous experience.
- Organise and participate in meetings
- Organize workshops with the different teams to write the technical specifications
- Write the required documents as stated in the "deliverables" section.
- Documentation of all project-related activities: the proposed solutions, detailed design, test plans, test results, meeting reports
