Position Title: CMF Design Experts
Position Type: Contract or Permanent
Start Date: October 2015
Duration: 6 months initial

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CMF design teams to analyse and respond to trends in the global consumer electronics (such as tablet, dongle, telematics, wearables, fashion and other relevant markets.
- Lead and manage CMF design teams to fulfil our mission of “constantly producing great CMF designs with clear consistency”.
- Lead CMF design teams to generate high quality CMF ideas which will be globally accepted by operators and consumers.
- Cooperate with top-tier global external design firms to explore the possibilities of fresh CMF ideas and directions.
- Demonstrate a clear philosophy and culture for terminal devices CMF design work.
- Compile and author annual CMF trend reports and their impact on the CMF design strategy.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Experience in Industrial design, Fashion design, Watch design, Jewelry design, Graphic design.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in CMF product design for wireless terminals or related fields.
- Background with product design and CMF production processes.
- Proficiency in the CMF technologies for wireless communication / connection terminals, with good existing supplier resources.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Worldwide top-class design education background.
