Description
Corporate Actions Analyst, sought by my Tier 1 Global Investment banking Client for an initial 6 month contract position.
Responsible for processing equity and Fixed Income corporate action events across EMEA and ASPAC markets for Main Firm, IPB, Swap and Smith Barney across multiple entities.
Knowledge/Experience:
*2yrs+ Corporate Action experience in a broker dealer environment is a must
*Exposure to PB, Swap, Firm or Stock Lending beneficial
*Able to deal with high pressure situations and ability to prioritise in a timely manner successfully is essential.
*Good risk management approach.
Skills:
*The incumbent needs to be numerically & computer literate due to the numerous system applications.
*Must have eye for detail.
*Must have good excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
*Good communication and client service skills.

*Must possess the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, be able to manage tight deadlines and situations where conflicting priorities arise on a daily basis.
