Finance Analyst: Senior Finance, Accounting, Expenses, AOP
A reputable, world renowned company is urgently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join their office in Maidenhead. This is a freelance opportunity running till the end of the year.
Roles Responsibilities Include:
* Manage the AOP process
* Own expense templates and be accountable for the input into relevant systems
* Day to day management of expenses - Fees and Services trackers and headcount related expenses
* Raising purchase orders for finance and decision support
* Managing month end accruals and good receipting for commercial and G&A
* Managing and reviewing invoices for distribution
* Liaising with cost centre managers/budget holders to review spend against targets and pro actively manage with key stakeholders
* Challenge status quo to improve the quality, accuracy and processes
* Develop new analysis and insights on expenses and deliver monthly reports to both cost centre managers/budget holders
